At Boujee, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

2 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

All Boujee 2-in-1 Air Straighteners come with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal, intended use of the product.

If your product develops a fault that is covered by the warranty, Boujee may, at its discretion, repair or replace the product, or provide another appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

What Is Not Covered

Our manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear from normal use
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, marks, scuffs or discolouration
• Damage caused by accidental drops, impacts, misuse or improper handling
• Damage caused by using the product in a way that is not consistent with the product instructions
• Damage caused by unauthorised repairs, modifications or alterations
• Damage caused by improper storage, cleaning or maintenance
• Damage caused by normal ageing or deterioration of product components

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the fault, where applicable

We may request that the product be returned for inspection before a warranty claim is approved. Please do not return any product unless instructed to do so by our customer support team.

Consumer Rights

This manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any rights or remedies you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Australian Consumer Law, or any other applicable law.
